Refund Policy

At Mutoto Montessori, we value thoughtful and intentional support for families.

This Refund Policy outlines our approach to bookings, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Consultations & Services

Payment is required in advance to secure consultation bookings.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate alternative times.

3. Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • completed consultations

  • missed appointments

  • cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice

However, refunds or partial refunds may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

4. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable resources, guides, or digital materials are final and non-refundable unless:

  • the file is defective

  • the incorrect product was delivered.

5. Service Changes

Mutoto Montessori reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services where necessary.

In such cases, clients will be offered either:

  • an alternative appointment

  • or a full refund
